It is our pleasure to provide a recommendation for Bill Marshall as a real estate agent within the Robson Ranch Community. We loved our home in Robson and the community, but then we decided that we wanted to spend several years travelling full time within the USA in our RV and also internationally. We decided to sell our favorite home and enlisted the help of Bill. Although Bill is a very busy agent/broker, we never felt rushed during the time he spent with us. Bill is a very attentive agent; he returned all phone calls in a very timely manner and was always on time to meetings.

Bill is very honest about changes that needed to be made to the property in order for it to sell for top dollar. For very few changes, we were able to sell it at the second highest resale price in the history of Robson Ranch. His advice was spot-on.

Whether buying or selling, we heartily recommend Bill Marshall. As a resident of the community, he knows it like the back of his hand. He can find buyers the home of their dream (often before it even comes on the market.) If you are selling, you cannot ask for a more honest, capable, and patient agent/broker.

Bill Marshall managed our rental house on Grandview Drive for 8 years. We were absentee landlords living in Virginia. Bill took care of everything concerning the rental. He collected the rent money and deposited it in our bank account. He took care of all the maintenance in our absence, arranged for new tenants, took care of getting the house ready for the new tenants such as arranging for the cleaning before they moved in. He did other numerous things, such as arranging for a new water heater and a new AC system to be installed. He took care of many of the renters' needs, such as changing smoke detecting alarm batteries and light bulbs, preparing the sprinkling system for winter, arranged for yard maintenance, and the repair of a water leak in the front yard. When we sold this house, Bill took care of the closing in a very professional way. We highly recommend him as a real estate rental manager. Bill was our realtor when we bought and closed on our present residence on Oak Brook Court. We were not in Texas when we closed. Both the sale and closing were very well done with no problems.
